Say Bok Gwai is the first Chinese hardcore band combining American hardcore, metal, punk, and thrash music with Cantonese vocals. Canto-core is a new direction in music that borrows from Chinese culture as well as American culture. The subject matter of the songs touches upon bicultural upbringing, white demon's America, sex, food, metal, and other topics that would scare "the man". The CD is comprised of 30 short fast and heavy songs derived from influences like Slayer, Minor Threat, and BBQ Pork and Egg over rice. Say Bok Gwai is made up of Alex Yeung (composer/guitarist/vocalist) and Andre Custodio (drummer). Both members are native to San Francisco and have been active in the local music scene for over 10 years.

MB is a group of five music enthusiasts eager to explore different styles of Rock and Pop beyond what is perceived as "Rock" in the Canto community. From Japanese rock, to pop, classic rock, alternative, hard rock, metal, to ska and punk, to even Chinese ballads, we try them all to broaden our musical horizon. Apart from covering music each member likes, they are currently writing a few songs encompassing the aforementioned genres. The MB is Leo (guitar), Billy (Vocal/guitar), Savio (guitar), Claudia (bass) and Nigel (drums).

Big Bang 3 was originally started with Brian (bass), Gino (guitar), and Jason (drums). We’ve recently recruited Annie as our vocalist. As the name might suggest, our mission is to make good music to rock the Earth. We play both original and cover Chinese songs with rock, hard rock, pop rock styles, and more. Get ready to get “banged” by our music!

Instinction has four core members. David (vocal) and Calvin (guitar) started playing together since their college years. Then Hubert (guitar), who is also a professional hardcore drifter, joined and added his distinctive speedy and melodic riffs to the band. With recent addition of Vin (drum), Instinction will bring you an evening of Tribute to Beyond.
